Team Registration

The U14 organising team has made elaborate arrangements to make your stay comfortable at Bassi Pathana during the championship.

Guidelines
  • All teams must report by 12th September evening. 
  • Transport will be available for those team which register in advance and intimate their date and time of arrival. 
  • The weigh-in and registration would begin at 6am at the Stadium on 13th September
  • The nearest Railway Station is Sirhind and all trains going to Amritsar and Pathankot stop over here.
  • Those coming by trains reaching Sirhind or Chandigarh can take the local bus to reach the venue. 
  • The Reception Counters will be set up at Chandigarh and Sirhind Railway Stations 
  • The inaugural function will be held in the morning of 14th September at 10am, starting with march past in the presence of high dignitaries and invitees. 
  • Every team must also carry with them their team uniform as also some local cultural costumes for the evening cultural programmes to be held every day wherein one or two states would be required to perform over bonfire.
